Home Service

There may be situations when you are not living in your property, or you are trying to sell your property but again you are not residing in your home. This is where the “Home Service” may come in useful.

The service comprises of checking the property at least once every 14 days; this will keep the insurance valid, disposal of junk mail and free newspapers, and forwarding on mail to your new address in the UK.

Why you may ask? We are used to holding keys and keeping check on property. Do you want your property to be a target for burglars? Do you want to sell your property? A property needs to have ‘kerb appeal’ That is, if someone is interested in buying the property it becomes very obvious that the property is unoccupied if the grass outside is a foot high for example.

Also, should for any reason you have to enter the property urgently but are not available yourself, then you will have peace of mind that we are only a phone call away to assist you to the best of our ability.

Our charge for the basic “Home Service” is £35.00 per month (excluding VAT), payable in advance. Additional work like grass cutting or window cleaning will be charged at tradesman rates.
